Police were called to reports of a man with a gun in the 500 block of Pershing Avenue around 11:30 p.m.
When officers arrived they soon learned a neighbor’s dispute had happened and it quickly escalated.
One of the neighbors involved identified the suspect with the gun, the police explained in a release at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14.
The suspect gave consent to search the home, and police found a gun, according to the release.
"Pennsylvania State Police and the Manheim Township Police Department were called in for additional resources as individuals were removed from the residence," Lancaster City police said.
During this investigation a boy "began causing a disturbance and making threats to neighbors," the boy said. he was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.
The investigation remains active at the time of reporting.
